VINA BERCE

Wine is a potion, an art arising from coordinated work and the knowledge of viticulturists and winemakers.
They both work together with nature which brings us different conditions each year in which the grapes mature, which is why the characteristics of vintages are never the same. Only with the knowledge of, and cooperation between, viticulturists and winemakers and the right selection of varieties and technological procedures, can we cultivate wine that thrills the senses and awakens the emotions.
We do not produce wine, we cultivate it – first in the wine and then in the cellar.
Matjaž, an agronomist, and Stanka, a food technologist and oenologist, create magic on our estate as a well-coordinated team.

Premium quality wines

At the Berce Estate we are proud of our 15 prestigious wines. We are particularly proud of the diverse varieties and wide selection of premium quality wines which include our unique Orange Rebula, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Zelen, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Barbera and Pinot Noir.

ABOUT THE PROCEDURES

Quality wines

Among quality wines, we are particularly proud of cuvées or types of the estate: Cuvée White and Cuvée Red and Vrtovčan, which is a traditional variety of the Vipava Valley (made from Malvasia, Zelen and Sauvignon).

SHOP

Cuvées or varieties are the masterpieces of the house winemaker – a blend of varietal wines that reflect the character of the house.
We cultivate them with the classical technological procedure.
