Wine
The wine ripens on the vine, but the real magic of Berce wine happens in our cellar. We don’t produce wine, we grow it. With the knowledge and care of nature’s gifts, we create a drink that delights the senses and awakens emotions.

Spirits
Berce spirits are the fruit of our knowledge and development. The premium brandy is made from wine lees, i.e. wine distillate, so it has a neutral smell, no brandy aftertaste and is an excellent base for our various liqueurs.

Vinegar for gourmets
Great vinegar is made only from great wine, slowly and with careful care. It is aged in oak barrels for several years to develop a deep, aromatic flavor. Aged wine vinegar or Berce balsamic vinegar is the icing on the cake in your kitchen.

Homemade jam
The best jam is homemade, made from just-ripe fruit and cooked quickly. Berce jam is prepared without artificial additives, with little sugar and is cooked quickly, it is “fruit on a spoon”.
