VinGin – our house innovation – is a beverage made from white wine, Vipava peaches, and gin.

Gin gives it bitterness and wine gives it freshness, while peaches give it a deep floral note.

Due to its full and unique flavour, it is perfect if consumed alone, cooled to between 8 and 10°C as an aperitif, but it develops its true character and tones in cocktails.

It may be sophisticated and seductive in combination with Berce sparkling wines, refreshing and light with mineral water, slightly bitter in combination with tonic and a drop of balsamic vinegar or surprisingly special in combination with beer.
