The company Posestvo Berce, Proizvodnja vina in grozdja, Matjaž Berce, s.p., Draga 20a, 5294 Dornberk, Slovenia, company registration number: 6560199000, tax identification number: SI85256854 (hereinafter referred to as “operator”) respects the privacy of users (customers) and undertakes to protect the personal data received from them. Our Data Protection Policy complies with the applicable provisions on personal data protection and other statutory provisions.
To protect personal data against their random or intentional manipulation, loss and destruction as efficiently as possible, and to prevent unauthorised third persons access to them, we use technical and organisational security measures which are upgraded in accordance with technological development and legislative amendments.

- Which personal data do we collect?
Our website can be visited by anyone without stating their personal data.
The latter is only required if they fill in the form for product purchase. By completing a purchase, a customer submits the following personal data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number, name, address and tax identification number of the company.

We keep and protect personal data for the purposes stipulated by the applicable legislation and that do not require any consent, as the legal basis is the existing legislation (e.g. storage of invoices, concluded contracts, and similar), under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Posestvo Berce, Proizvodnja vina in grozdja, Matjaž Berce, s.p. uses said personal data to communicate with users about services and respond to enquiries, conclude and fulfil obligations arising from the concluded contract, and to improve the quality of its products and services, and for statistical purposes. Regarding e-mails sent to you by the company, data on the display of received messages and potential clicks on links received in e-mails may also be processed.
A user can freely decide to receive informative e-mails.

If a user participates in a prize game, the data collected are used to carry out a prize game and optionally (indications in the rules on a prize game) to be informed of our offer.
