Pokalca 2022 Native BERCE

Pokalca – an old Indigenous variety, already forgotten. The Native line is a line of vineyard development from a single graft. This way we get offspring from one plant that we propagate – this is called a clone. It takes 5 years to create a vineyard of 2,000 vines. The revival of varieties that grew here is like a balm for the soul for us. We firmly believe that every forgotten variety has its own place in our country, which we, as winegrowers and winemakers, must find and offer. Because it is this authenticity/uniqueness that is special among wines.
