Malvasia pairs well with dishes such as shrimp in lemon sauce, sashimi or ceviche with lime, salad with fresh strawberries and goat cheese, salad with avocado and roasted nuts, creamy zucchini soup with herbs, grilled sea bass or gilt-head bream fillet, risotto with prawns or shellfish, chicken in lemon marinade with roasted potatoes, pasta with vegetable pesto or tomato sauce, and vegetable lasagna with zucchini and tomatoes.
