Raspberry extra homemade jam is made according to our house recipe. We cook it quickly to preserve as much of the rich flavor of the sun-ripened raspberries as possible. Due to the large proportion of fruit, it is almost fruit on a spoon, with an intoxicating taste and aroma of ripe raspberries and very little added sugar.
In good company with:
- self-indulgence for breakfast,
- dessert topping
- extremely suitable for cakes (due to its strong flavor)
Tip: Since it is preservative-free and has a lower sugar content, store it in the refrigerator after opening.
