A placed order constitutes a purchase contract concluded at the moment when the company POSESTVO BERCE, Matja\u017e Berce, s.p. confirms the order.
POSESTVO BERCE, Matja\u017e Berce, s.p. confirms the order by sending a receipt in electronic form to the customer immediately after receiving the order to the e-mail address stated by the customer in the order.<\/p>\n
Orders received between Monday and noon Friday will be shipped the same day if in stock. The shipment will be delivered within four (4) days (the day of the order + 4 days).<\/p>\n
It is possible to make a purchase in the online shop without registration and logging in to the shop.
The customer chooses the product they wish to order. They choose the desired quantity of each product. By clicking \u201cAdd to Cart\u201d, they will add the product to the cart. The ordered products will be delivered to any address in Slovenia. Delivery is carried out by a contracting partner of POSESTVO BERCE, Matja\u017e Berce, s.p. The delivery time for products in stock is one (1) to four (4) business days. If a product in not in stock, users are notified of that prior to completing the purchase. They are also notified of the anticipated delivery time.
All orders are shipped the same or next business day (if products are in stock). There are no shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
