Grapes are hand-picked in September.
Procedure: Two to four hours of maceration to get the right rosé colour. Processed according to the technological procedure for white wine. Nurtured exclusively in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Pink
Aroma: Reminiscent of forest fruits (raspberries, blueberries)
Flavour: Fresh and fruity. Aromatic and sugary finish

Pairs perfectly with:
- Seafood risotto
- Vegetable risotto
- Desserts
Due to its sugary flavour, you can drink it alone.
