Grapes are hand-picked in September.
Procedure: Maceration until the end of fermentation, cold fermentation. Nurtured in barrique barrels for a year and a half, then bottled. After bottling, wine rests in bottles for at least six months.
Colour: Golden yellow with orange hues
Aroma: Ripe fruit and dry herbs
Flavour: A long and luscious citrus finish. The harmony of acids, its full body, and mineral character superbly supplement its flavour to make it excellent.
