Grapes are hand-picked in September.
Procedure: Grape berries are in contact with must for five days, then poured. Wine is nurtured in stainless steel tanks.

Aroma: Red fruits, fresh, tempting
Flavour: Gently rounded acids emphasise the fruity finish and are the cherry on top
