Dolce Vita A

Dolce vita means casualness, pleasure and a touch of luxury. Each day carries at least some of the sweet features. A combination of liqueur and jam from our estate provides countless options for culinary experiments. Peach liqueur combined with extra homemade peach jam brings a unique and recognisable flavour of Vipava peaches, while Refošk liqueur with plum jam made from plums from solitary trees in the Vipava Valley is a skilful combination of the pleasant acids and sweetness of fruit. Extra homemade jams contain little added sugar and their flavour is full and fruity. Both jams pair perfectly with aged cheeses, while both liqueurs in combination with sparkling wines come to life as refreshing cocktails with the flavour of the juicy Vipava fruit.
