Grapes are picked in September.
Procedure: After a short six-hour maceration, they are gently pressed and fermented at a low temperature. Nurtured in stainless steel tanks.
Colour: Golden yellow.
Aroma: Fruity and floral
Flavour: Fresh, medium-bodied with a long finish
