Grapes are hand-picked in September.
Procedure: Ten-hour maceration, followed by fermentation at a low temperature. Nurtured on lees in stainless steel tanks for at least six months.
Colour: Straw yellow to golden
Aroma: Reminiscent of Golden Delicious apples, yellow fruits, and flower honey
Flavour: Strong with medium intensity. Long and soft finish

Pairs perfectly with:
- Smoked fish
- White meat
- Fresh and semi-hard cheese
- Vegetable starters
Serving temperature: 10–12°C.
