Aged wine vinegar is made following the traditional method by ageing in wooden barrels. With ageing, it becomes darker burgundy in colour, and the flavour of the characteristic wine vinegar is richer, fuller and has balanced acidity.
We added some fresh garlic to it to intensify the perception of acidity. Therefore, you use less vinegar to prepare your salad, and also avoid peeling the garlic and unpleasant bits in the salad.
Vinegar does not contain any garlic bits, as it is strained before filling.
