WHAT ARE QUALITY WINES?

Quality wines are light young wines. They are distinguished by fruitiness, freshness and drinkability. They can be paired excellently with everyday meals in good company.

Quality wines are made from grapes harvested when fully ripened with sugar content between 80 and 85° Oe (180–200 g of sugar/l) and 6 to 10 g/l total acidity.

TRADITIONAL METHOD

The traditional method is used for the production of fresh wine lines. The whole grape processing procedure is very quick to prevent oxidation before fermentation. Fermentation takes place at a low temperature, preserving as many aromatic compounds in the wine as possible. The wine ages in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature and protected from oxidation.
